QUABS POOLS

2 lakes set in a secluded valley in north Gloucestershire. With both lakes otter fenced, and a stock of some 80 VS carp to over 40lbs, some of the best carp fishing in the area is on offer here.
The upper lake is exclusively for the use of a small membership (enquiries welcome). It contains only carp and is fished as such. The lower lake offers a limited number of day tickets for mixed species fishing - tench, bream, roach, rudd, perch & chub. Float fishing is the only permitted method on a day ticket. Whilst hooking the odd carp is inevitable, targeting them specifically is prohibited.

Arguably the most famous carp lake in the world, Redmire is a mere 10 minutes from us and is available to book through a phone-in system once a year, on a Saturday at the end of January. If unsuccesful on this day, dates do become available through cancellation and any interested party should contact them through their Facebook page.

Although only small, this farm pond contains hundreds of rudd, along with a few carp exceeding 10lbs. With safe and easy access, in a stunning location, this is the perfect venue for a family fishing trip. Bring a whip and half a pint of maggots and you won't go wrong!

Commercial style carp fishing a few miles from Ledbury. With carp over 20lbs this is a challenge for the carp angler aswell as the match angler. Secure parking next to the lake through a locked barrier.
